With over 9 years of wedding experience, ITM Weddings planners will be there to assist you with all of your wedding needs. Our packages are designs to best suite intimate weddings (60 people or less). Schedule a complimentary consultation to learn how we can help create your dream wedding. Wedding Packages
Wedding Day Coordination
The ITM Weddings team will ensure your wedding day goes off without a hitch. This package includes direction of the ceremony to assisting guests, we will be the Fairy GodMother you have always wished for. This package can be altered to fit your elopement style wedding, whether that is ceremony only, a family dinner or something else personal to you as a couple.
- Creation of day-of schedule
- Communication with all vendors to confirm logistics
- The direction of wedding rehearsal
- Final touches (lighting candles ext)
- Ensure the day runs according to the timeline
- Be there to assist with greeting/seating of guests.
- Help with the queuing of music and bridal party entrance.
- Help with taking gifts/cards to designated area.
- Ensure the guestbook is signed.
- Removal of gifts to designated room/vehicle *Please note this package does not include set up or take down of decor. If you wish to add on decor setup or take down please inform us so we can quote accordingly.

Brides Best Friend
We are by your side every step of the way for our ‘full planning’ wedding package. We assist with design, coordination, and execution of your wedding from start to finish. We understand that weddings are a very personal experience and our goal is to understand and execute your wedding vision.

ITM Weddings provides set up and take down services separate or combined with Day Of Coordination. The quoted price for set up and take down is dependent on number of guests invited and locations. Set up can be quoted separate from take down.
