Our wedding day on June 29 2021 was so stress-free and perfect thanks to Breanna and Jaina!
We were so lucky to have them help us with coordinating our wedding day and having them there with us was the best thing we every did for our wedding! We couldn’t have asked for a better team, everything was organized and laid out beautifully for our day, and Breanna’s suggestions really helped make sure we didn’t leave out any important details. Best part was the day of the wedding we didn’t have to worry about anything other than saying I do!

My groom and I were so grateful to have Breanna as wedding coordinator for our recent wedding. She had great tips at our rehearsal that I had not thought of! Her input and organization made the ceremony run so smoothly. When we ran into some wet weather, Breanna and her team went above and beyond to move all our decor indoors and coordinate with the caterer and other vendors to set up in new locations. I have no idea what we would have done without ITM weddings there to save the day. If you’re on the fence about getting a wedding planner, you need one! Breanna and ITM (In This Moment Weddings) helped my wife and I navigate a sea of complications when planning our wedding over the past two years.
Since nearly day one, Breanna guided us through the process of touring venues, choosing vendors, décor, and deciding on many more aspects of a wedding I had no idea even existed (I now officially know what a charger is, and how to coordinate charger colour!). Even with last minute complications two days before – and during – the wedding – ITM remained level-headed and helped us get through the problems as they arose.

Most of all, she was there the day of to help coordinate and execute our wishes. In all honesty, I didn’t realize the value of these services until the day unfolded. As a very detail oriented person, I respected the attention to detail and suggestions that allowed for our day to run more efficiently. She assisted with decor, ensured our schedule was on time, and alleviated so many of the tasks that you don’t even think about in the planning process. Without her team, it would have been a day full of stress and issues. She was extremely flexible and understanding with our covid hiccups and date change. It’s apparent Breanna has taken past challenges as a way to grow, and is continuously aiming to better her business. She is very down to earth and her passion is refreshing! She is patient and was was respectful to our guests and great with the little ones too🙂

By Far Exceeded Every Expectation I had!!
Where do I start… Breanna and Jaina I cannot thank you two enough!From my first conversation with Breanna I knew In This Moment Weddings was the BEST choice for us. Breanna’s attention to detail by far exceeded my expectations. She made our vision come to life and it was nothing but absolutely perfect. I have heard that being a bride would be one of the most stressful moments in my life. Now, without Breanna this may have indeed been true but I had no worries or stresses leading up to our wedding day or on our day. From timelines, decor, keeping the bridal party (girls and boys) and all vendors on task these two never stopped amazing us. I cannot recommend enough.

We used Breanna Horwood to do my day of coordination for my wedding on July 18th 2020. This was a hard time to be a bride and plan a wedding with so many restrictions as well as frequent changes, I went from having a jasper wedding to a rustic backyard wedding. When I left the ranch the night before my wedding things were crazy and not everything was as I was hoping it would be. Thankfully I knew Breanna would be there first thing in the morning to make sure that everything would be perfect and I was able to get a good night sleep, having her know exactly what I wanted helped make sure that by the time I got there latter in the day for the ceremony the decor was perfect and just how I had imagined it to be. With having a day of coordination coordinator we were able to take advantage of Breanna the night before and have a proper rehearsal. Personally, I don’t really know how weddings work and who needs to be doing what when, thankfully Breanna does and was able to make sure everybody knew what they needed to do and where to be the next day for the ceremony. The afternoon when I arrived at my wedding things went smoothly because I had Breanna there to take the stress off my family, myself as well as my bridal party. She made sure the music started and stopped when needed to be she was very on time with everything. Overall I would give Breanna Horwood a 10/10 and would strongly recommend her to anybody looking for help with their special day, I know mine would not have been the same without her there. Thank you so very much Breanna for all your hard work and making our day what it was!

There were a few hiccups in our wedding planning during a pandemic and they were flexible with our venue and date change. The girls showed up organized and were professional. They understood my vision and made sure that everything ran smoothly. It was so nice to not have to worry about setting up decorations or managing vendors the day of, I was able to enjoy my day stress free! Thank you!
