As 2021 starts to come to a close we have really focused on reflection and gratitude. It is hard to believe ITM Weddings is almost one year old. Breanna and Jaina sat down and talked about the amazing year ITM Weddings had.

Jaina:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1) favorite aspect of Weddings. – When the bride is just about to walk down the aisle/already walking down. For the most part the day for us is chaos, we are running around making sure everything is perfect. When the bridal party is walking down and just as the bride is about to start there is this moment of almost complete peace. Where you can feel all the love and excitement. Usually at this point I start crying.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2) something that you wish more people knew about our job. – That it is harder than it looks. We try our best to make it look effortless but at the end of the day it is still a job. Running around in heels and dresses all day is not always an easy thing. No matter what happens, we are always trying our best but we aren’t perfect.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3) favorite memory from a job/with the team. – This is a hard one. For me the best memories come from when we are taking team photos and we are trying to make the others laugh. Sometimes we get creepy eyes from standing there smiling for too long. So we try to make each other laugh while the photos are being taken. Some of the things that are said and done are priceless.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4) something you are looking forward to in 2022 – I look forward to seeing much we can grow. Since we started in January of 2021 we have already grown and accomplished so much. I can’t wait to see how much more we grow and to do more weddings of course!!

Breanna:
1) favorite aspect of weddings – getting to connect with people. Its an incredible feeling knowing you get to assist with some of the most special moments in a persons life. There is no other feeling like it.
2) something that you wish more people knew about our job – that it is not just a job. ITM Weddings is my career, passion and joy. I put my heart and soul into every aspect of the job, sometimes I feel people overlook what it takes to be a wedding coordinator. Educating and showing the public what it really means to be a wedding planner is an on going goal is set for myself and as a company.
3) favorite memory from a job/with the team – there is countless moments that hold a special place in my heart. However one of my favourites is from years ago when I worked a wedding in the pouring rain and we ended up looking like we had jumped into a pool!
4) something you are looking forward to in 2022 – there is so many things I want for ITM Weddings! I would like to continue to expand the team so we can build a stronger foundation of skills and ideas.
