A wedding to remember!

This was an extra special wedding for In This Moment Weddings! June 29th 2021 was the first official wedding Breanna and Jaina worked under the ITM Weddings title. Breanna and Jaina felt an overwhelming feeling of joy, gratitude and pride as they got to help Dylan and Eiann with their wedding day at Azuridge Estate Hotel in Priddis. One of the amazing details of the wedding was the personal touches of Lego throughout the decor and details. One of Breanna’s favourite sayings is ‘If I cant find it on Pintrest its my favorite”, meaning that if its a personal or creative idea that she has not seen before it makes the wedding that much more special. Being a wedding coordinator can be stressful, taxing and overwhelming at times however the joy and love between the Bride & Groom is a feeling that is indescribable. Dylan and Eiann’s wedding will always be remembered!

Wedding Summer Showers!

August 2021 was a beautiful month, if you remember the heat wave had passed and we had scattered summer showers throughout the month. One of those beautiful days held home to Jenn & Steve’s wedding in Calgary at the Meadow Muse. All the guests (especially the wedding vendors) held their breath as they kept an eye on the cloud covered sky. With glimpses of sun the ceremony went off without a hitch! Thankfully the summer showers held off just long enough for the guests to greet the newly weds and find their way to their cars. The rain did say hello to the bridal party as the wedding photos were being taken however like we always say, rain on a wedding day is good luck! Thank you Jenn & Steve for all the kind words, it was amazing getting to know you both!

They understood my vision and made sure that everything ran smoothly. It was so nice to not have to worry about setting up decorations or managing vendors the day of, I was able to enjoy my day stress free! Thank you!”

Winter Wonderland Wedding

There is something magical about a winter wedding! After several changes to Jarrid and Devan’s wedding plans they finally got to say I Do November 6th 20201! Jaina and Katy were at the wedding on behalf of ITM Weddings. Jaina has grown as a wedding coordinator since joining the industry in 2019 and she is stepping up as lead day of coordinator. ITM Weddings is all about team work, we believe it is vital to work collectively to have a seamless wedding day. “Most of all, she was there the day of to help coordinate and execute our wishes. In all honesty, I didn’t realize the value of these services until the day unfolded. As a very detail oriented person, I respected the attention to detail and suggestions that allowed for our day to run more efficiently. She assisted with decor, ensured our schedule was on time, and alleviated so many of the tasks that you don’t even think about in the planning process. Without her team, it would have been a day full of stress and issues. She was extremely flexible and understanding with our covid hiccups and date change. It’s apparent Breanna has taken past challenges as a way to grow, and is continuously aiming to better her business. She is very down to earth and her passion is refreshing! She is patient and was was respectful to our guests and great with the little ones too🙂

Every wedding is so different, and it was amazing to see how well the staff of ITM Weddings adapted and did everything in such a punctual and professional way. There is something wonderful about connecting with the Bride and Groom. Ashley and Ben’s wedding at Azuridge was the perfect combination of love, joy and emotion.There was not a dry eye during the beautiful ceremony. We enjoy working at venues we have already connected with especially the gorgeous Azuridge! Another special aspect of Ashley and Ben’s wedding is the fact it was Katy’s first wedding with ITM!
